8280 at The Boro proudly offers a unique workplace experience with customized amenities including a fitness facility, conference center and outside terrace.
CONFERENCE CENTER: The conference room is located on the first floor with an adjacent pantry that can accommodate meetings up to 45 people. With an online reservation system, reserving meeting rooms is both convenient and speedy within the Boro District. Questions about your next meeting? Contact meetings@theborotysons.com.
FITNESS CENTER: The recently renovated fitness center is located on the first floor off the lobby. It includes a main exercise area with fitness equipment and locker rooms.
OUTSIDE TERRACE: Take a break to enjoy some fresh air or take your work outside and take advantage of the Wi-Fi access.
AV SERVICES: The Boro District has partnered with Onyx AV to provide any AV meeting or event support. All requests should be submitted through the building app. Questions about AV support? Contact support@onyxav.com.
If your meeting or event extends until after hours, requests for overtime lighting or HVAC must be submitted through the Tenant Center at least 24 hours in advance.
SWEETGREEN OUTPOST: Tenants can enjoy the convenience of 8280's Sweetgreen Outpost Program, enjoying complimentary daily delivery straight to the building.

Order ahead: Place your order before the 11:00 AM cutoff time — up to a day in advance
Pick it up: Your order will be waiting for you on the shelf outside the elevator on the lobby level between 12:15 PM - 12:30 PM
