Maintenance & Service Requests
All maintenance and service requests should be submitted through the Building App or the Tenant Admin Dashboard.
After logging in, click on the "New Service Request" button and follow these steps:
Select the request category
Choose the issue type
Provide information describing your request
If applicable, attach photos or files that support your request
Review all information thoroughly. Click "submit request."
You can monitor the status of your service requests from your app or tenant admin web dashboard. You will receive email updates as the work is completed. Should you have any additional notes or information to add to an open request, you can provide additional notes to the building team.
